SunTec bags a Large Document Abstraction Project from a Public Records Firm in the USA

SunTecData has recently bagged a large document abstraction project from a US based organization providing access to the public records available across various country websites from different states in the US.

The client provided access to the various county websites and informed about the types of documents that are to be abstracted. Some of these documents included:

Since most of these documents are not following any standard format, it was quite challenging to review the entire document and map the correct information to the fields that need to be abstracted. The project involved a wide learning curve that involved interactive knowledge transfer and training sessions with the client. Since all the abstracted data was to be inputted into an online application, the staff at SuntecData was trained on that as well.

Having quickly overcome all the initial learning and quality challenges, SuntecData today has a large dedicated team of 55 process associates, team leaders and a project manager working for the client and capturing data from over 100,000 public record documents per month available across 60 country websites in the US….and these numbers only seem to be increasing with time.
