It’s 2022, so what are your plans to boost your real estate sales in the coming year?
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back!
In a day and age where the success of a business hinges largely on the visual effect you create on your target audience; the real estate business is not an exception. If your business is to sell/rent properties, you must be aware of the importance of the right images. Photos not only help you to engage your target audience but also prove to be highly effective selling tools. But randomly clicked photographs won’t serve any purpose unless they depict the property in the right context, color and hue. All these attributes create a spell on the buyer and inspire them to visit the property. To highlight the most important features of your property, you have to fall back on photo enhancement techniques and the expertise of real estate photo editors.
In research conducted by IMOTO, a real estate photography company based out of New Orleans, LA, they surveyed about 250 realtors. The insights gathered from the survey are more eye-opening than anyone can imagine. While a whopping 82% of realtors agreed that the front picture is the most important picture of the shoot, more than 72% of them said that real estate photography helps them win more listings. Around 88% of realtors were of the view that professional real estate photography leads to more views of online listings. With more than two million active real estate licensees in the United States, you can imagine the competition you are up against. In such an environment, if you are not able to make the most of your real estate photographs, meeting your sales targets will be an uphill task for you.
