SunTec India Bags a Massive Project to Cleanse, Enrich and Append the Marketing List for a Nonprofit Organization
A nonprofit organization presently active in over 15 countries in the Middle East, partnered with SunTec India for data cleansing, enrichment and data appending services. Delivering emergency help to people affected by natural or man-made disasters, epidemics or armed conflict, the NGO maintains a list of approximately 380,000 donors that has not been updated since last three years.
The scope of the project includes cleansing, updating and enhancing the list of donors, supporters and partners to make sure that their information including names, email IDs, residential and official addresses, fax numbers and phone numbers, amount of contribution in the past, participation in the events, and other details are accurate and complete. Besides data cleansing, email appending, and email validation and verification is also on our task list. We will deliver all the matched, verified, and non-opt-out email addresses after thoroughly examining for deliverability by pinging to their mail server in addition to matching them to a database of email address.
SunTec India will also help the client in making the data more effective by adding demographic and interest data like household income, education, purchasing habits, social activities, adding the social profile, etc.
The project is aimed at helping the client save on marketing costs and improve targeting. It will also enhance the client's relationship management by increasing efficiency, building stronger associations, and raising more money through increased knowledge of supporters and spotting better opportunities.
Considering the volume of the project, SunTec India has deployed a team of 45 professionals to carry out data hygiene, remove incorrect contact details and misspellings, add missing telephone numbers, rectify typing and formatting errors, de-dupe the files and validate the data. Furthermore, we will also eliminate the details of deceased individuals and check the mailing lists for complete and exact addresses, besides adding missing zip codes.
