Case in Point
We recently helped one of our large eCommerce clients setting up and integrating BrightPearl with Magento. Besides their brick and mortar store, the client was selling through four Magento domains, along with Amazon and eBay shops. The same inventory was shared across all portals.
What caught our attention was the level of effectiveness that integrating Brightpearl with Magento and other platforms brought in for a client who wanted to sell both through physical store and online channels. Until this time, programmers at SunTec have been writing codes, as a stopgap arrangement to link the shopping cart platform and the POS systems in store. Those used to be massive volume of customized coding, and given the constraints of the POS system itself, would still not provide the solution in entirety.
An integrated business management solution, Brightpearl is used to manage a retail store's sales and inventory, order processing, stock management and customer data, accounting and reporting to help merchants sell through multiple channels and physical store.
We highly recommend integrating Brightpearl with Magento (and/or other platforms) to retailers looking for centralizing their physical store and eCommerce efforts.
