A Global Women's Sports Apparel Brand Signs Multi-channel Product Data Management Contract with SunTec

SunTec India, a full-cycle eCommerce solution provider today announced that it has signed a contract with a leading Women's Athletic Brand, based in California, USA, to provide complete product listing and data management support across all its channels.
Under this contract, SunTec India will support the client in listing and selling its products on eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and other channels, in addition to its web stores, using multi-channel retail management software – Linnworks. This contract runs for three years from May 2015 until April 2018, with the objective of supporting the client access more customers by delivering uniform shopping experience across all its sales channels, regularly updating upcoming sales, new styles, contests, promotions and more, and consequently maximizing its sales.
The client, a premier fitness fashion brand for women, deals in athletic clothing for fitness, golf and tennis, swimwear, running outfit and women's yoga wear, footwear, accessories, and health and fitness equipment, etc. The client sells its sports apparels and goods via a network of brick-and-mortar stores, and numerous geographic domain specific eCommerce stores as well as marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Etsy. Its products are also listed on several product search engines and comparison shopping engines.
The outsourcing of Multi-Channel Product Listing Management will enable the client to simplify their online business processes through product listing management for over 20,000 products, multi-channel order management, inventory management, stock control, etc. It will also help them overcome the challenges of keeping up with inventory levels, processing orders and providing customer support for different platforms.
SunTec India has deployed a team of 20 eCommerce professionals comprising product data entry specialists, eCommerce copywriters, online marketing and PPC professionals, customer email and chat support agents, and QA specialists to work on the project and support the client in expanding customer reach as well as taking routine tasks out of online selling. Proficient at working with Linnworks multi-channel tool and LinnLive listing assistant, the team at SunTec India will assist right from collating relevant details about each product to importing large inventory data through CSV files.
