We are all also aware of the trends that governed eCommerce 2018, and will continue to rule the roost, same-day delivery and customer service automation included. But, are we also clear on where eCommerce stands today? Do we know the eCommerce statistics per se? Have we been keeping tabs on the growth of ecommerce globally? Are we aware of who the biggest players are, which country accounts for the maximum number of online purchases, or how well has the much-talked-about holiday season fared so far?
