In research conducted by IMOTO, a real estate photography company based out of New Orleans, LA, they surveyed about 250 realtors. The insights gathered from the survey are more eye-opening than anyone can imagine. While a whopping 82% of realtors agreed that the front picture is the most important picture of the shoot, more than 72% of them said that real estate photography helps them win more listings. Around 88% of realtors were of the view that professional real estate photography leads to more views of online listings. With more than two million active real estate licensees in the United States, you can imagine the competition you are up against. In such an environment, if you are not able to make the most of your real estate photographs, meeting your sales targets will be an uphill task for you.
