The project was aimed at helping the client target right set of customers while protecting brand reputation and reducing email marketing costs by up to £8,500 from non-deliverable mails per month. From removing incorrect addresses, matching repeated entries, verifying and validating contact details against reliable sources to updating the information, our data management experts performed the tasks efficiently.
We deployed an expert team of 20 data management professionals to work on the customer database, ensure the records are accurate and up-to-date to help client reduce mailing costs and maximize response rates. The team found approximately 33,300 inaccurate entries, 15,800 duplicates and 11,200 records of deceased.
