The project was aimed at helping the client target right set of customers while protecting brand reputation and reducing email marketing costs by up to £8,500 from non-deliverable mails per month. We deployed an expert team of 20 data management professionals to work on the customer database, ensure the records are accurate and up-to-date to help client reduce mailing costs and maximize response rates. The team found approximately 33,300 inaccurate entries, 15,800 duplicates and 11,200 records of deceased.
