The client is a global publishing, research and consultancy firm that produces annual economic and investment-related reports on over 30 countries. The business intelligence reports are compiled after an in-depth research by seasoned analysts.
As the company's representatives conduct regular meetings with world's top corporates, customers, etc., the client wanted us to abstract data and key-in the minutes of meetings directly in their online Content Management System (CMS) to make it easy to access and retrieve the information across the enterprise. Furthermore, the data had to be classified as per the categories including meetings with corporates, customers, suppliers, etc. The client needed a partner who would enter critical and actionable information in bullet points and provide quality online data entry services at affordable prices.
One of the major challenges of the project was to appropriately categorize the multi-lingual meeting details and facilitate ease of access and retrieval of information. Since meetings took place in diverse languages, it was a challenging task to conduct a thorough analysis of each file containing minutes of the meetings, find out the relevant information, summarize and enter it in a bulleted format.
