CASE STUDY : DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT/ DISCOVERY MANAGEMENT
Challenge: We were asked by one of our clients to organize all his relevant documents into a database to assist him in producing documents in response to discovery requests and in selecting documents for use at trial. The challenge was that we had to maintain these set of documents for three different cases involving same parties.
Solution: SunTec’s experienced Lawyers identified the key fields of each of the documents and coded them into a fully searchable database. This ensured that we could quickly deliver the documents that were requested for production purposes. We also analysed the documents to determine their relevancy to a particular issue in the case. In the process we summarized depositions and even organized affidavits, along with their exhibits.
Results: Our professional management and thorough analysis of the documents made the client prepare arguments that substantiated his case further and he could gain significant results in the trial process.
