Advanced Level Document Review:
Our lawyers understand the facts of the case from our clients and then identify and mark relevant documents in the production based on actual issues.

Litigation Coding
Bibliographic/Objective Coding:
Identifying objective fields such as attachment ranges, document type, document date, bates number, author, recipient etc and putting into your desirable format. We create a fully searchable index of the key fields identified so that you can quickly identify important documents for deposition preparation.

Subjective or In-line Coding:
Identifying not just the objective fields of a document but also providing a descriptive analysis of the document. Logical attachment relationship between documents can also be captured.

Indexing:
We can index each entry in a handwritten log and
create a searchable database of relevant information.

Keyword Coding:
We code client designated keywords found anywhere in the document.

Database Management
We can create a database of all your documents produced and received in the discovery process in Excel, Access or your desired format. We identify the essential keywords and enter the information in a database with such fields. We also have Concordance and Opticon Database Management Systems at our disposal.
