Process Followed
• On the receipt of an enquiry, Subject Matter Expert (SME) is put in contact with you who interacts with you to understand the exact requirements and scope of the project.
• Before accepting the entire abstraction project from you we offer a FREE SAMPLE to you wherein we abstract the relevant information from a few of your leases, contracts and/or similar documents to have a better understanding of your requirements and to make you comfortable with our working process.
• After receiving your feedback on the sample, we incorporate your instructions in the training provided to the team created for your project
• The SME stays in constant touch with you for regular updates and for solving any exceptions.
• The SME will quality check the data abstracted before it is delivered to you, along with any exception reports that provides a list of exceptions encountered during abstraction process.
Challenge: A world renowned consulting firm wanted a vendor who can analyse their Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work entered with various clients and extract specific data to be entered into a database.
Solution: For the successful execution of the project, we carried out a pilot run with some of our SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to have a better understanding of the project. SunTec built a VB application for the data entry phase to avoid any conflicts in data entry process, our SMEs marked the specific data in soft copies first and this data was then entered in the application. The final database passed through a QA phase to ensure accuracy.
The major challenge in this project was that no two agreements were the same and there was no standardized format to be followed. The entire job consisting of more than 1,800 documents for various geographies all over the world had to be completed within a span of 20 days with 99.95% accuracy.
Impact: Based on this analysis the client is going to introduce some major changes in the terms on which it enters into agreements with its customers.
